Students of dance and particularly ballet achieve physical and mental strength as well as grace and poise, develop the determination to achieve and set goals, gain confidence and good self-esteem. They may be regarded as the Olympians of the stage. These qualities will assist them for life whether they dance professionally or become the audiences of the future.
